Every new Shed Admin account begins with a tailored onboarding process. Depending on your business requirements, this may include configuring your selected modules, setting up users and permissions, importing existing customers, suppliers and projects, loading product or pricing lists, and helping your team prepare to use the platform. Your onboarding package also includes your first two months of Shed Admin access.
Every shed business operates differently and usually has existing information spread across spreadsheets, accounting systems, emails and other software. Our onboarding process helps organise and transfer this information into Shed Admin, configure the platform around your workflow and ensure your team starts with a system that is ready to use.
The onboarding cost is tailored to the amount of setup and data migration your business requires. A smaller business with limited data may only need a basic setup, while a larger business may require more extensive importing, configuration, workflow setup and staff assistance. We will review your requirements and provide a clear onboarding proposal before any work begins.
Your first two months of Shed Admin access are included as part of your tailored onboarding package. This gives your team time to become familiar with the platform, confirm that the imported information is correct and begin using Shed Admin in day-to-day operations before the ongoing subscription commences.
Your ongoing subscription begins after the two-month access period included in your onboarding package. Before onboarding starts, we will confirm the modules included, the onboarding cost and the ongoing subscription rate, so you understand the full cost from the beginning.
The timeframe depends on the size of your business, the modules selected and the amount and quality of the information being imported. A straightforward setup may be completed within a few days, while more complex data migration and configuration may take several weeks. We will provide an estimated onboarding timeframe after reviewing your current systems and data.
Yes. Shed Admin is modular, so your onboarding can focus on the tools your business needs first. You may begin with modules such as CRM, projects, quoting, suppliers or document management, then activate additional modules as your business grows or your processes become more established.
Beta members will have direct access to the Shed Admin team and can provide feedback about features, workflows and improvements. Feedback will be reviewed as part of our development process and will help us prioritise future releases. While not every request can be guaranteed, beta members will play an important role in shaping the platform.
Each beta customer will receive a tailored onboarding proposal based on their setup, configuration and data-import requirements. The onboarding cost includes the first two months of Shed Admin access. After that period, the agreed beta subscription rate will commence.
Ongoing pricing will be based on the modules, users and services selected for your business. Businesses that join during the beta program will receive a preferred beta-member rate. Your onboarding cost, beta subscription rate and anticipated post-beta pricing will be explained before you proceed.
